Jay has variety of experience in a wide range of architectural skills, real estate development, and community involvement and activism.
His skillset include conceptual design, master planning, construction documents, land development, financial feasibility modeling, and the direct interface of where design meets construction.
His projects range from residential, commercial, mixed-use, hotels, historical renovations, and sports facilities projects.
Jay has always been closely involved in the community with projects that range from preservation, master planning, analysis, volunteer and city funded efforts and publications for community awareness.
William Taylor

Strategy & Analyst
William has a background in electrical engineer with a focus on business strategy, marketing, analytics and financial modeling.
His skillset has been honed at companies such at Google Inc., Deloitte Consulting, and other technological ventures. At Juxta, his MBA skills has led him to develop and manage annual business/operating plans, core financial processes including forecasts, budgets as well as short and long-term growth strategies for the entire company.
He builds and maintain relationships with clients, develop new potential business partnerships (B2B and B2C) and negotiate contracts and pricing for clients to maximize profit, resulting in over $2.7 million in constructed work. William has established and administer marketing plan budget companywide across all digital and offline channels generating a ROI of over 435%
